“Come to Me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.”
Jesus does not ignore the weight men carry. Scripture shows Him inviting the tired, the overworked, the overwhelmed. Rest is not escape.
It is restoration. Jesus offers relief that reaches deeper than sleep. Men often try to push through exhaustion, but Jesus calls them to Himself.
Rest in Christ becomes the strength that striving cannot reproduce. A man becomes whole when he accepts rest as part of discipleship, not weakness. Jesus promises rest because He knows men break when they carry burdens alone.
The invitation is simple—come. Not perform. Not prove.
Come. Rest is found in presence, not productivity. Jesus restores what life drains.
Father, draw me into the rest that only You provide. Release the burdens I cannot carry. Restore my soul with Your peace and strengthen me in Your presence.
