Jesus declares Himself the sustainer of the soul. Scripture reveals that spiritual hunger cannot be satisfied by temporary things. A man becomes whole when he feeds on Christ rather than the world’s substitutes.
Bread symbolizes sustenance, strength, and survival. Jesus teaches that His presence is the nourishment a man needs for endurance, clarity, and transformation. When men feast on distractions, they remain empty.
When they feast on Christ, they gain life. Jesus reminds every man that spiritual vitality flows from relationship, not ritual. He alone satisfies the deepest needs of the heart.
Father, feed my soul with Christ. Satisfy the hunger within me that nothing else can fill. Strengthen my life through His presence.
