“May you be richly rewarded by the Lord the God of Israel under whose wings you have come to take refuge.”
Ruth 2:12 NIV
Boaz blessed Ruth for seeking refuge in God. Scripture reveals that God rewards those who seek Him with humility and trust. Ruth left everything familiar, yet she found safety under God’s wings.
A man becomes encouraged when he sees how God honors those who take refuge in Him. Ruth teaches that God notices faith expressed in quiet devotion. A man learns that God covers, protects, and blesses the one who seeks Him sincerely.
Refuge in God brings favor, protection, and provision.
Father, let me take refuge under Your wings. Reward my trust in Your care. Cover my life with Your protection and grace.
