“The Lord is with you mighty warrior.”
Judges 6:12 NIV
Gideon heard these words while hiding in fear. Scripture reveals that God speaks identity before a man feels it. God called Gideon a mighty warrior before Gideon showed courage.
A man becomes strong when he embraces what God calls him rather than what fear whispers. Judges teaches that God sees potential within a man that circumstances cannot define. A man learns that God’s presence makes him a warrior even when he feels weak.
God calls out strength hidden beneath insecurity. Identity flows from God’s declaration, not self perception.
Father, help me hear Your voice above my fears. Call out the warrior within me. Strengthen me to walk in the identity You have spoken.
