“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
First Peter 5:7 NIV
Peter invites believers to release the weight of worry. Scripture reveals that God cares personally and deeply. Cast means to throw, not to place gently.
A man becomes free when he stops carrying burdens that God never intended him to bear. Peter teaches that anxiety loses power when placed in God’s hands. A man learns that trust grows when he believes in God’s care.
God does not disregard a man’s worries. He invites them. He carries them.
He responds with compassion and presence. Casting anxiety becomes an act of surrender and faith.
Father, I cast my anxiety on You. Carry what I cannot carry. Calm my heart with the assurance of Your care.
