“For the word of God is alive and active.”
Hebrews 4:12 NIV
Scripture is not static ink on a page. The word of God is alive with power that pierces, reveals, cleanses, and transforms. A man becomes sharpened when he regularly exposes his heart to Scripture.
The word discerns motives and aligns desires with truth. Hebrews teaches that the word of God reaches places within a man that nothing else can touch. It cuts through excuses and reveals character.
A man learns that transformation occurs when the living word confronts and shapes him. Scripture is alive because God breathes through it. It remains active in every season, every struggle, and every moment.
Father, let Your word work powerfully in me. Expose what needs correction and strengthen what is weak. Make my heart responsive to Your truth.
