“Day after day men came to help David until he had a great army.”
David did not climb into strength alone. Scripture shows that God gathered men to him daily, forming an army one relationship at a time. Transformation rarely happens in isolation.
God builds men through brotherhood, loyalty, and shared burden. David learned to trust, delegate, and stand alongside others who carried pieces of the vision God placed on his life. A man becomes stronger when he understands he is not meant to carry everything by himself.
God sends people who sharpen, steady, and strengthen. The greatness attributed to David was rooted partly in the men God surrounded him with. Brotherhood became the structure that held his calling upright.
When God wants to elevate a man, He often sends people first.
Father, surround me with the right people. Help me recognize the strength You send through others. Teach me to value community as part of Your design for my growth.
