“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
These are among the final recorded words of Jesus before His ascension. Scripture reveals a promise woven with permanence. I am with you always does not mean occasionally or conditionally.
It means continually. A man becomes unshakeable when he lives with the awareness that Christ is present in every step. Jesus did not leave His disciples with independence; He left them with companionship.
The Great Commission carried weight, responsibility, and risk, yet Jesus anchored it in His presence. A man who knows Christ is with him does not shrink from calling or challenge. Jesus teaches that His presence is the greatest resource a man possesses.
With Him, nothing is faced alone.
Father, thank You for the constant presence of Christ. Help me walk with confidence knowing He is with me. Strengthen my obedience through His companionship.
