“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
Proverbs 16:3 NIV
Solomon reveals a principle many men overlook. Scripture teaches that plans become stable when committed to God. Commitment is more than intention—it is surrender.
A man becomes wise when he entrusts his ambitions, responsibilities, and decisions to God rather than carrying them alone. God establishes what is committed to Him. Plans formed without God crumble under pressure.
Plans submitted to Him stand firm. Solomon teaches that stability flows from devotion. When a man places his work, goals, and desires in God’s hands, God shapes them according to His purpose.
Established plans come from surrendered hearts.
Father, I commit my plans to You. Establish the work of my hands. Guide my decisions and align them with Your will.
