DAY 11 OF 365

Day 11

Verse
“Pardon me my Lord Gideon replied but how can I save Israel My clan is the weakest in Manasseh and I am the least in my family.”
Judges 6:15 NIV
Story

Gideon’s confession is one many men understand. He measured himself through the lens of limitation rather than calling. Scripture shows a man who believed he was too small for what God required.

But God does not choose men based on personal strength. He chooses them based on His intention. Gideon saw weakness.

God saw potential. The threshing floor became the place where fear was challenged by truth. God did not wait for Gideon to feel courageous before calling him courageous.

He spoke destiny into insecurity. A man becomes transformed when he learns that God’s words carry more authority than his own doubts. Gideon’s story teaches us that God meets men where they hide, not to shame them but to awaken them.

The weakest man in the weakest tribe became a deliverer because God’s presence outweighed Gideon’s limitations.

Prayer

Father, replace my insecurity with Your truth. Teach me to see myself through the words You speak, not the fears I feel. Strengthen me to step boldly into Your calling.
