“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Righteousness means right alignment with God’s will. Jesus placed it above every pursuit, promising that when the heart’s priority is heaven, provision follows. The Spirit trains believers to love holiness more than comfort.
Gratitude fuels righteousness because thankfulness remembers grace and resists compromise. The church at Thyatira forgot this when tolerance replaced truth. Every time we choose integrity over indulgence, we restore heaven’s order on earth.
Righteousness is not self-made perfection; it’s Christ’s life flowing through ours. When we seek His kingdom first, peace, purpose, and provision follow in step.
Lord, align my heart with Yours. Teach me to value Your righteousness above my own way. Let my life reflect Your holiness today. Amen.
Righteousness is alignment that unlocks provision.
