“**Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
1 Peter 5:7 NIV
Peter writes from experience—he once let anxiety sink him in the waves. Scripture shows a man who learned that Christ’s care is steadier than fear. Casting anxiety is not tossing it once.
It is releasing it continually. A man becomes free when he stops carrying burdens he was never meant to bear. Anxiety drains strength.
God restores it. Peter learned that Christ’s care is not distant. It is personal, present, and powerful.
Many men hold their worries tightly, believing responsibility means control. But God calls them to release what heaviness they cannot heal. A man becomes strong when he trusts God enough to let go.
Father, I cast my anxiety onto You. Carry what I cannot. Remind me of Your care and anchor my heart in Your peace.
