God commands love that is complete and undivided. Scripture reveals that love for God must be total, not partial. A man becomes whole when he loves God with his entire being.
Heart, soul, and strength represent emotion, identity, and effort. Deuteronomy teaches that love is the foundation of obedience. A man learns that fulfilling God’s commands begins with loving God deeply.
Love fuels worship, purity, service, and sacrifice. Loving God completely becomes the aim of every believer.
Father, deepen my love for You. Help me love You with all my heart, soul, and strength. Make my devotion wholehearted.
