“So then it was not you who sent me here but God.”
Genesis 45:8 NIV
Joseph interprets his painful past through the lens of divine purpose. Scripture reveals that God’s sovereignty overrules human intention. Joseph suffered betrayal, slavery, and imprisonment, yet he saw God’s hand behind it all.
A man becomes healed when he trusts that God works through every season for His purpose. Genesis teaches that understanding divine sovereignty transforms bitterness into maturity. Joseph forgave because he saw purpose.
A man learns that God uses adversity to position him for greater influence. What others mean for harm, God uses for good.
Father, help me see my past through Your sovereignty. Heal my heart from bitterness. Show me the purpose behind every season.
