“Whoever claims to live in Him must live as Jesus did.”
First John 2:6 NIV
John sets a clear standard for discipleship. Scripture reveals that those who belong to Christ must reflect His character. Living as Jesus lived means walking in obedience, love, and truth.
A man becomes authentic when his life resembles his Lord. John teaches that discipleship is not merely belief but imitation. Christ’s life becomes the model for every decision and attitude.
A man learns that following Jesus requires humility, sacrifice, and sincerity. To live in Him means to walk in His steps.
Father, help me live as Jesus lived. Shape my actions and motives. Make my life a reflection of His character.
