“So then just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord continue to live your lives in Him.”
Paul reminds believers that the relationship with Christ does not begin by faith and continue by effort. Scripture teaches that the same faith that receives Christ must sustain daily living. Continue in Him means reliance, obedience, and connection.
A man becomes steadfast when he walks with Christ daily rather than occasionally. Paul teaches that maturity is simply faith carried forward. The man who continues in Christ remains rooted, grounded, and protected from deception.
This continuation forms character, deepens wisdom, and strengthens endurance. A man learns that the Christian life is not a moment but a journey of closeness with Christ.
Father, help me continue living in Christ each day. Strengthen my connection to Him. Lead me in steady obedience and faith.
