“My grace is sufficient for you for My power is made perfect in weakness.”
Second Corinthians 12:9 NIV
Jesus spoke this truth to Paul when he wrestled with a burden he wanted removed. Scripture reveals that God does not always erase weakness but fills it with divine strength. A man becomes mature when he learns to rely on grace rather than personal power.
Weakness becomes the doorway through which God displays His strength. Paul teaches that God’s grace carries a man through seasons he cannot handle alone. A man learns that sufficient grace means enough for today and enough for every trial.
Power perfected in weakness means God is strongest where man is most humbled.
Father, let Your grace be my strength. Fill my weaknesses with Your power. Help me rely on Your sufficiency in every challenge.
