“Though outwardly we are wasting away yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.”
Second Corinthians 4:16 NIV
Paul describes a tension every man feels. The body weakens and life brings wear, yet the inner man is renewed by God’s Spirit. Scripture reveals that spiritual renewal is continuous, not occasional.
A man becomes strong when he recognizes that true strength is internal. The outward world takes from him, but the Spirit gives back. Paul teaches that renewal happens daily as a man draws close to God.
Inward renewal produces endurance, hope, and clarity. A man learns to value what God is building inside more than what is fading outside. God shapes the inner life even as the outer life faces pressure.
Father, renew me inwardly each day. Strengthen my spirit even when life feels heavy. Restore my heart through Your presence.
