“God does not show favoritism.”
Peter spoke these words after witnessing the Spirit fall on Gentile believers. Scripture shows that God’s heart transcends cultural, social, and historical boundaries. Peter once believed the gospel belonged to one group, but God expanded his understanding.
A man becomes mature when he lets God broaden his vision beyond personal bias. Favoritism is a human limitation. Grace is God’s nature.
Peter learned that God’s love reaches every nation and every background. A man learns humility by recognizing that the kingdom of God is larger than his assumptions. Christ breaks barriers, heals division, and welcomes all who believe.
God’s heart calls men to embrace the wideness of His grace.
Father, free me from any favoritism in my heart. Help me see people through Your eyes. Make me a vessel of Your inclusive grace.
