DAY 108 OF 365

Day 108

Verse
“Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire.”
2 Kings 6:17 NIV
Story

Elisha’s servant woke surrounded by fear, seeing only the enemy. Scripture reveals that perspective determines courage. When God opened his eyes, he saw divine protection already in place.

A man becomes steady when his spiritual vision expands beyond visible threats. Elisha prayed not for the enemy to disappear, but for his servant to see what was already true. God surrounds His people even when they feel outnumbered.

A man learns that the unseen world carries more weight than the visible one. Fear collapses when God reveals His presence. Elisha teaches that divine reality is greater than earthly danger.

God sends protection before men recognize it.

Prayer

Father, open my eyes to see Your presence around me. Remove the fear that comes from limited vision. Strengthen my confidence in Your protection.
