“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17 NIV
Growth requires friction with grace. The Spirit uses relationships to refine character and expand compassion. Gratitude turns correction into construction, offense into opportunity.
Leaders who choose community over isolation mature faster and fail safer. The sharpening process may spark heat, but sparks make light. Thank God for those who challenge you toward excellence; they are mirrors of mercy.
Lord, help me welcome people who sharpen me. Keep my heart humble when correction comes and generous when I offer it. Amen.
