“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”
Isaiah 40:31 NIV
Renewal follows rest. Elijah found strength not in striving but in stillness. The Spirit restores weary souls who wait instead of rush.
Gratitude turns exhaustion into expectation.
Waiting on God is strength in disguise.
Lord, renew my strength as I rest in You. Amen.
Set aside ten quiet minutes for prayerful reflection instead of busyness.
