“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Ephesians 2:10 NIV
Purpose begins in the Creator’s heart, not our résumé. Paul reminds us that we are crafted, not random. Gratitude keeps purpose pure because thankful people live from calling, not comparison.
The Spirit reveals assignment step by step, turning ordinary obedience into eternal impact. Leaders guided by gratitude serve without needing recognition; they know they are working from acceptance, not for it. When purpose and humility meet, fruit multiplies.
Father, thank You for designing my life with intention. Help me fulfill what You’ve already planned. Keep my motives centered on Your glory. Amen.
Purpose without gratitude becomes ambition; gratitude keeps calling holy.
