“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord.”
Psalm 121:1–2 NIV
Perspective determines peace. The psalmist looked up, not around, and found hope. The Spirit lifts our gaze from problems to promises.
Gratitude shifts focus from what’s missing to Who’s present.
Faith looks higher than fear.
Lord, lift my eyes beyond what I see to what You’ve promised. Amen.
When overwhelmed, look up and say, “My help comes from You.”
